This document illustrates the results of the main studies and draws conclusions for action in Latin America. ...
-In this text, I provide analysts and political and social leaders with a review of the main future studies and the consequences that are foreseen, and then I indicate which matters we must attend to as a priority and which actions to advance in Latin America.

-• POSSIBLE SCENARIOS AND IMPACTS: The measurement of impacts on the use of digital transformations, robotics and AI, which lead to the automation of functions.
-• POTENTIAL EFFECTS: Possible effects of these changes on economic, social and political functioning.
