University of Houston Foresight Program
The University of Houston Foresight program is the world's longest-running academic foresight program, established in 1974-75, Our approach is focused on the practical application of foresight methods. Our Masters’ graduates are prepared to assess client needs, design projects, and lead clients through the foresight process, bearing useful results and informed decisions about the future. Our mission is to introduce as many people and organizations as possible to the future and train in real, practical, applied foresight at the level of depth from workshop, to boot camp, to grad certificate to Masters and eventually to PhD, and is committed to lifelong learning.

Methodology
Framework Foresight is a method for carrying out foresight projects developed at the Univerity of Houston1). Each step uses templates to be filled in with inputs and summary deliverables. However, the framework does not require every step to be completed. It is intentionally designed to incorporate other methods and approaches according to the project needs and professional judgement.
